1. Nickel-chromium alloy thermal spraying powder: there are more kinds of thermal spraying powder, such as nickel-chromium heat resistant alloy, which is made by adding 20% chromium in nickel. Nickel-chromium heat-resistant alloy hardly oxidizes at high temperature. It is a typical coating material with heat resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance.  The coating is dense and has good bonding performance with the base metal. It is an excellent transition layer material between the coating and the base material of ceramics, soft metal and other materials. It can not only increase the resistance of the base material against high temperature gas erosion, but also improve the bonding strength of the coating and the base material.  

2. Ni - Cr - Iron alloy thermal spraying powder: this kind of thermal spraying powder is add appropriate in nickel - chromium iron, the high temperature oxidation resistance of slightly less than nickel - chromium alloy, other performance has nothing to do with nickel - chromium alloy, outstanding is a little cheaper price, thus can be used as a corrosion resistant artifacts of repair, also can do the transition layer with thermal spraying powder.

3. Nickel-Chrome-Boron alloy thermal spraying powder: this alloy contains boron, chromium and carbon and other elements, relatively high hardness, toughness is moderate, with spraying, the coating wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance is good, can be used for shaft, piston and other anticorrosion repair.

4. Nickel-Aluminum alloy thermal spraying powder: nickel-aluminum alloy thermal spraying powder is often used to play the bottom layer, and each particle is composed of fine nickel powder and aluminum powder.  When sprayed, the thermal spray powder is heated to more than 600 degrees Celsius by flame. A strong chemical reaction occurs between nickel and aluminum, forming intermetallic compounds and releasing a lot of heat. At the same time, part of aluminum also oxidizes, generating more heat.  At this high temperature, nickel can be diffused into the base metal, which can significantly improve the bonding strength of the coating.  Another significant characteristic of ni-Al composite thermal spray powder is that the surface of the coating formed after spraying is rough, thus providing an ideal surface for connecting other spray materials.  The expansion coefficient of ni-Al composite thermal spray powder is close to that of most steel, so it is also an ideal intermediate coating material.  A large number of waste recycling waste nickel, nickel alloy slag, nickel powder, nickel block and so on!
