Titanium diboride: new industrial ceramic raw material

Titanium diboride particles mixed with high performance resin can be made into PTC heating ceramics and head TYPE PTC materials, which has the characteristics of safety, power saving, reliability and easy processing and forming. It is a key new and high technology for the renewal of electric irons, electric blankets, electric ovens, air conditioners, hot air heaters and other household appliances.  

Titanium diboride excellent electrical conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance of molten metal, can be used to make evaporation vessels, molten metal crucible, aluminum electrolytic cell cathode, spark plug and other electrode and contact starting materials.  

Because of the good wettability of titanium diboride and liquid aluminum, using titanium diboride as cathode coating material can reduce the power consumption of aluminum electrolytic cell and prolong the service life of aluminum electrolytic cell.
