Characteristic
Colorless trine crystals (lattice constants a=556.8 PM,b=550.5 PM,c=1551.8 PM).With lower temperature, sodium niobate 5 kinds of crystal transformation: the alpha phase at 604 ℃ of non-polar into beta phase (cubic perovskite structure), and 562 ℃ into gamma phase (false tetragonal crystal system, nonpolar), 354 ℃ into the delta facies (diamond crystal system, has the ferroelectric, dielectric constant of the maximum 1800, density of 7.127 g/cm3), at 200 ℃ to epsilon phase (monoclinic crystal, ferroelectric properties).Sodium niobate belongs to antiferroelectric ceramics, point group 222, Curie point 480℃.
Application
The first is to use the double hysteresis loop of the antiferroelectric-ferroelectric phase change as the energy storage container and the piezoelectric regulating element; the second is to use the volume effect of the antiferroelectric-ferroelectric phase change as the transducer.
