Technical Description of sic powder


Nano silicon carbide powder, ultrafine silicon carbide powder by variable current laser ion beam gas phase method, through variable current, high voltage discharge, can fully overcome the shortcomings of DC arc (insufficient reaction, high product impurities, poor stability of products, etc.). 

 With high purity, small particle size distribution range, high specific surface area;  Nano silicon carbide has stable chemical properties, high thermal conductivity (165W/M.K), low thermal expansion coefficient, high hardness, Mohs hardness of 9.5, microhardness of 2840-3320kg /mm2 is the first material wear additive, its hardness is between corundum and diamond, mechanical strength is higher than corundum;  

Superfine silicon carbide powder has excellent thermal conductivity, or a semiconductor, can resist oxidation at high temperature;  Nano silicon carbide wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali solvent, applied to paint, paint inside, increase wear resistance.    


Application of sic powder


1.nano silicon carbide powder modified high strength nylon material: nano SiC powder in the polymer composite material has good compatibility, good dispersion, and good combination with the matrix, modified high strength nylon alloy tensile strength than ordinary PA6 increased by more than 150%, wear resistance improved by more than 3 times.  It is mainly used for polymer parts of armored tracked vehicles, automobile steering parts, textile machinery, lining board of mining machinery, train parts and so on, which can be densified by sintering at lower temperature.

2.Wear-resisting properties of polyether ether ketone (PEEK), a special engineering plastic modified by nano silicon carbide powder: the superfine silicon carbide powder treated by our company can greatly improve and improve the wear-resisting properties of PEEK (by more than 30%) when the addition amount is about 5%;

3.nano silicon carbide powder in the application of rubber tires: add about 2% of ultrafine silicon carbide powder in the original rubber formula modification treatment, without reducing the original performance and quality of the premise, its wear resistance can be improved by 20% - 40%.  In addition, micron silicon carbide powder is used in rubber roller, printer fusing film and other wear-resistant, heat dissipation, temperature resistance and other rubber products, nano silicon carbide is a good heat conduction wear-resistant filler;
