Zirconium target + nitrogen + methane: gold, imitation rose gold  

Chromium target + methane: dark black  

Chromium target + nitrogen: light black  

Chromium target + Nitrogen + methane: silver grey  

Chromium target + oxygen: light yellow, purple, green  

Chromium target + Oxygen: silver  

Stainless steel target + oxygen: purple  

Stainless steel target + Nitrogen: blue  

Stainless steel target + methane: bright black

Silicon target + methane: yellow, green, blue, black (target purity over 99% can only be black)  

Titanium target + oxygen: optical film color cutting, not much introduction are understood.  

Titanium target + methane: dark black (DLC preparation cannot meet the standard)  

Titanium target + nitrogen: imitation gold, bronze, purple, red  

Titanium target + nitrogen + methane: Imitation rose gold, black green, retro yellow, brown, purple  

Tungsten target + nitrogen: brown tungsten target + methane: dark and light black  

Tungsten target + Oxygen: purple, bright yellow, brown, blue
