Characteristic

Silver - based binary alloy with added magnesium. A small amount of magnesium can strengthen silver, but significantly reduce the conductivity.

AgMg2.7, AgMg3 and AgMg4.7 are single-phase solid solutions, which have strong reflection ability to light.

Application

Used in electrical and optical instruments.
