Operating temperature ≤600℃.With the addition of hard alloy powder, the self-melting alloy has higher wear resistance than Ni60, and the welding layer has the characteristics of wear-resistant particle wear, hard surface wear resistance, particle erosion resistance, and micro-vibration resistance.

Used for two - step spray welding of wire drawing machine.
