Technical Description of Zirconium Nitride Powder

Ultrafine zirconium nitride powder is prepared by gas phase method with variable current laser ion beam. It has high purity, small particle size, large specific surface area and high surface activity. It is used for toughening ceramics and high temperature resistant mechanism ceramics.  Theoretical density 7.09g/cm3.  

ZrN hard compound is a kind of refractory, high decomposition temperature, good chemical stability, so it has good high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, is a good high temperature structural materials, ultra hard tool materials and surface protection materials, at the same time ZrN films have a favorite of the low brightness of golden color, suitable for titanium nitride is not suitable for coating,  High corrosion resistance, good smooth surface and ductility.
