Technical Description of Niobium Carbide Powder
Nano niobium carbide powder and ultra-fine niobium carbide powder were prepared by gas phase method with variable current laser ion beam. The powder has small particle size, uniform, high surface activity, density of 7.82g/cm3, melting point of 34900C, boiling point of 43000C.
Nano niobium carbide powder for good chemical stability, high temperature performance, is a high melting point, high hardness material, used for refractory high temperature materials and cemented carbide additives.
Application of Niobium Carbide Powder
Nano niobium carbide powder is ternary and quaternary carbides solid solution components, with tungsten carbide, molybdenum carbide, used for hot forging dies, cutting tools, jet engine turbine blades, valves, tail skirts and rocket nozzle coating.
