Technical Description of Indium Tin Oxide Powder


ITO nano ultrafine powder prepared by high frequency plasma gas combustion method has high purity and low bulk density (40% lower than that of similar domestic products), which can be easily dispersed into stable nano slurry.

Nano ITO powder has good conductivity and transparency, can cut off harmful electronic radiation, ultraviolet and far infrared.  Therefore, sprayed on glass, plastic and electronic display screen, in the enhancement of electrical conductivity and transparency at the same time cut off harmful to the human body of electronic radiation and ULTRAVIOLET, infrared IR and electrostatic shielding coating and anti-counterfeit ink.

Nano INDIum tin oxide powder is a kind of N-type oxide semiconductor - indium tin oxide, nano ITO powder film is indium tin oxide semiconductor transparent conductive film, usually has two performance indicators: resistivity and transmittance.

In oxide conductive film, Sn doped In2O3(ITO) film has high transmittance and good conductivity, and is easy to etch fine shapes in acid.  The transmittance and resistance of ITO powder are controlled by the ratio of In2O3 and Sn2O3, usually Sn2O3:In2O3=1:9.
