Technical Description of hafnium boride

Nano hafnium diboride powder, micron hafnium diboride powder by variable current laser ion beam gas phase method, gray metallic luster crystal, melting point 3250℃, high conductivity, stable chemical properties.  Hardly reacts with chemical reagents (except HF) at room temperature.  New ceramic materials with high melting point, high thermal conductivity, oxidation resistance and other high temperature comprehensive performance, mainly used in high temperature ceramics, high-speed aircraft nose cone and aviation, aerospace and other fields.

Application of hafnium boride

1. Wear-resistant coating;  Crucible lining and corrosion resistant chemical equipment;  Oxidation resistant composite materials;  Refractory materials, resistant to molten metal corrosion occasions;

2. Thermal reinforcement additive;  High temperature resistance;  High temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and oxidation resistant special coatings;

3. Mainly used for the production of composite ceramics;  Can be used as neutron absorber;

4. High temperature ceramics, high speed aircraft nose cone and aviation, aerospace and other fields
