Nano cerium oxide

Cerium oxide is a kind of inorganic substance, chemical formula for CeO2, light yellow or yellowish brown powder.  Density 7.13g/cm3, melting point 2397℃, insoluble in water and alkali, slightly soluble in acid.

Properties of Nano cerium oxide

1. Nano cerium oxide crystal intact, than significant, in ceramics is not easy to form pores.  The product has good dispersion transparency, easy to add in plastic, silicone rubber and other polymers;  

2. Nano cerium oxide has the characteristics of large specific surface area, suitable for coating materials or catalysts;  

3. Nano cerium oxide has the characteristics of small grain size, suitable for uv isolation agent in sunscreen cosmetics, plastics, anti-aging agent in coatings.  

Application areas of Nano cerium oxide  

1. High efficiency catalyst, precision polishing, chemical additives, electronic ceramics, structural ceramics, ultraviolet absorbent, battery materials; 

2. Fine functional ceramics;  It can lower sintering temperature, inhibit lattice growth and improve the compactness of ceramics; 

3. Alloy coating: add in the zinc nickel, zinc drill and zinc iron alloy to change the electrocrystallization process of zinc, make the crystal surface produce preferred orientation, the coating structure is more uniform, more dense, so as to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating;  

4. Polymer: can increase the thermal stability and aging resistance of polymer; 

5. Pused as heat stabilizer and anti-aging agent of plastics and rubber; 

6. As a plastic lubricant, improve the lubrication coefficient of plastic; 

7. Used for precision polishing.
