Nano aluminum nitride belongs to diamond-like nitride, which can be stable to 2200℃ and has high strength at room temperature, and the strength decreases slowly with the increase of temperature.  Of ultrafine aluminium nitride has good thermal conductivity, thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, the theoretical value of 320 w/mk and copper, almost at the same time, high insulation, resistivity above 10 of 15 to the power, and high temperature resistant to 1400 degrees, can raise the thermal conductivity of plastic and silicone rubber, is a good material of heat shock, resistance to molten metal erosion ability is strong,  It is an ideal crucible material for melting and casting pure iron, aluminum or aluminum alloy.  High purity aluminum nitride powder has excellent electrical insulation and dielectric properties.
