Alloy 600(UNS:N06600,EN:2.4816) is a solution reinforced heat and corrosion resistant Alloy with excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, cold and hot working properties, low temperature mechanical properties, and cold fatigue properties.  High strength at 650℃, good formability, easy to weld.  Suitable for vinyl chloride plant and heating furnace, in the air, the highest service temperature up to 1175℃.  

Incoloy alloy 800 -- UNS N08800

Ni - 30.0-35.0;  C - 0.10 - (Max);  Si - 1.0 (Max);  Fe - 39.5 (Min);  Cu - 0.75 (Max);  Mn - 1.5 (Max);  Cr - 19.0-23.0;  Al - 0.15-0.60;  S - 0.015 (Max)  


2. Characteristics and applications  

Incoloy 800® is a nickel chrome alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation and penetration.  The alloy maintains a stable structure under natural sun exposure and high temperatures, making the Incoloy 800® resistant to corrosion in acidic environments.  800 alloy oxidation resistance medium corrosion, good carburizing resistance at high temperature, heat exchanger and evaporator tube synthetic fiber heating tube.  

Alloy 800(UNS:N08800,EN:1.4558) is a corrosion resistant alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. Mainly used in acetic acid gypsum production, chemical treatment pipes and heat exchanger pipes, nuclear industry and so on.  Welding material used for welding: E(R) NICR-3.

Incoloy alloy 800H -- UNS N08810  

1. Chemical composition  

Ni - 30.0-35.0;  C - 0.05-0.10;  Si - 1.0 (Max);  Fe - 39.5 (Min);  Cu - 0.75 (Max);  Mn - 1.5 (Max);  Cr - 19.0-23.0;  Al - 0.15-0.60;  S - 0.015 (Max)  


2. Characteristics and applications  

Incoloy 800H and 800HT are dual-validated fe-Ni-Cr alloys with the same chemical composition as 800 alloy, but the creep fracture strength of 800H/800HT alloy is greatly improved by controlling the carbon, aluminum and titanium content and annealing at high temperature.  Low carbon content also enhances its stress fracture resistance, while adding aluminum and iron improves its high temperature strength.  Incoloy 800H and 800 HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with high tensile strength due to their aluminum, carbon and titanium components. Incoloy 800H and 800 HT are used in petrochemical, power plants, industrial furnaces, and heat treatment equipment.

Incoloy alloy 825 -- UNS N08825

Ni - 38.0-46.0;  Mo - 2.5-3.5;  Si - 0.5;  Fe - 22.0 (Min);  Cu - 1.50-3.0;  Mn - 1.0 (Max);  Cr - 19.5-23.5;  Al - 0.2 (Max);  S - 0.03 (Max);  C - 0.05 (Max)

Monel 400 -- UNS N04400  

1. Chemical composition  

Ni - 63.0 (Min);  Cu - 28.0-34.0;  Fe - 2.5 (Max);  Mn - 2.0 (Max);  C - 0.3 - (Max);  Si - 0.5 (Max);  S - 0.024 (Max)  


2. Characteristics and applications  

Nickel-copper alloy with high strength and corrosion resistance.  Resistant to seawater, diluted chlorofluoric acid, sulfuric acid and alkali.  Widely used in shipbuilding and offshore engineering, salt production, hydrogen carbide and various chemical industry.  Monel 400(UNS:N04400,EN:2.4360) is one of the few important materials that can withstand hydrofluoric acid.  The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in fluorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and their derivatives.  At the same time, it has better corrosion resistance in seawater than copper base alloy.  


Applications: seamless water pipes, steam pipes, seawater exchangers and evaporators in power plants, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid environments, crude oil distillation, pump shafts and propellers for seawater use equipment, equipment for uranium extraction and isotope separation in nuclear industry, pumps and valves for hydrochloric acid production equipment.

Monel K500 -- UNS N05500  

1. Chemical composition  

Ni + Co - 63.0 (Min);  Al - 3.0;  Ti - 0.60;  Cu - 27.0-30.0;  Fe - 2.0 (Max);  Mn - 1.5 (Max);  C - 0.25 - (Max);  Si - 0.5 (Max);  S - 0.024 (Max)  


2. Characteristics and applications  

It is the only ni-Cu alloy with precipitation hardening by adding al and ti. Precipitation hardening makes K500 alloy not only keep the corrosion resistance of 400 alloy, but also enhance its strength and hardness.  The yield strength of K500 alloy is about three times that of 400 alloy, and the tensile strength is twice that of 400 alloy.  Widely used in shipbuilding and offshore engineering, salt production, hydrogen carbide and various chemical industry.
