Characteristics

Operating temperature ≤540℃.The hardness of the coating is slightly lower than that of WC12Co, but the higher cobalt content makes the coating more resilient and resistant to fretting wear.

Application

Used for anti-wear, hard surface, fretting and particle erosion wear, coating on corrugated roller, engine blade and shaft.
