It is reported that rare earth hydrogen storage alloy material is the production of high capacity, wide temperature area, high technology, low power consumption nickel-metal hydride power battery key materials.  Hydrogen storage alloy batteries are more environmentally friendly than nickel-cadmium batteries and safer than lithium batteries.  


In addition, the hydrogen storage density of hydrogen storage alloy materials is very large, which is many orders of magnitude higher than the density of hydrogen in the standard state, and even higher than the density of liquid hydrogen.  It is therefore light and safe to store and transport hydrogen in containers.

The new type of memory is based on photosensitive ferroelectric material and uses nano technology and quantum effect.  This kind of ferroelectric material has the characteristic of photocontrol and polarization switching. By input pulse light, the polarization direction inside ferroelectric material film can be modulated to control the amount of charge passing through the ferroelectric material current, so as to realize the modulation of ferroelectric material resistance state, and finally complete the information storage.  


In addition, the memory has high stability, the information stored in the memory is non-volatile, even when the power is turned off, the information stored in the device can be retained.  This device can be used not only in common memory, but also in neuromorphic vision and other high-end systems. It has a broad application prospect in military field.
